What these terms cover
FrameSketch is the video annotation app at app.framesketch.xyz, the desktop app, and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account: sharing accounts is not allowed.
Your content
Everything you draw, write, or create in FrameSketch belongs to you. You keep full ownership of your annotations and project files. You give FrameSketch a limited license to store, sync, and display your content so the app can work: storing it in the cloud when you enable sync, and showing it on your own devices. We do not sell your content or use it for anything beyond running the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use FrameSketch for anything illegal, to harass people, to upload content you do not have the right to use, or to interfere with the service for others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Cloud sync
Cloud sync is optional and carries annotations only. Your video files never leave your device. Sync can be turned off per project; turning it off removes the project from the cloud after a short grace period. Cloud storage is a convenience, not a backup. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be available at all times. The app and these terms can change. If a change matters to you, we will post it here and update the date above.
Liability
FrameSketch is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zamarmar Design is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or other damages that come from using the app. You are responsible for backing up your own work.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your cloud data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
