Accounts

Signing up

Create an account with your name, email, and a password of at least eight characters. One account works everywhere, so the same sign-in opens the app in your browser and on the desktop.

Email verification

After you sign up, the app emails you a verification link. Your account stays locked until you click it. If you try to sign in before that, the app says so and gives you a way to get a fresh link.

  • Click the link. The link opens the app again and marks your email as verified.
  • Link expired or lost? Open the profile panel (your initial at the top right) and choose to resend the verification email. A new link arrives right away.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password, or use the Continue with Google button. Everything you have drawn stays on your machine, so signing in on a new device shows the projects you saved to the cloud, not the local ones.

Projects belong to your account

Projects are tied to the account that created them. On a shared computer, each account sees only its own projects: signing out hides yours from the device, and signing back in brings them back. Cloud-synced projects follow your account to any device you sign in on.

Forgot your password

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your email. If an account exists for it, the app sends a reset link. Follow the link, pick a new password, and sign in with it. The app never reveals whether an email is registered, so the answer is the same either way.

Working offline

Once you have signed in, the app remembers you. If the connection to the server drops, the app still opens and your local projects keep working. Your drawings are never held hostage by the network, and anything you draw offline is safe on your machine.

Signing out

Sign out from the profile panel (your initial at the top right). The app returns to the sign-in screen and clears the signed-in profile from the device. Your local projects stay on the device (hidden until you sign back in), and your cloud-saved projects stay in your account, ready when you sign back in.
