Projects and scenes
Projects
A project is a container for related work, like a shot, an episode, or a study. Create one from the welcome screen, and give it a name you will recognize later. Projects appear as cards on the welcome screen, where you can open, rename, export, or delete them.
Projects belong to the account you were signed in with when you created them. On a shared device, each account sees only its own projects: signing in as another account shows that account's work, never yours.
Scenes
Inside a project you work in scenes. Each scene has its own video, its own drawings, and its own timeline. Add a scene with the New Scene button in the project screen. Scenes are how you split one project into distinct takes or passes without mixing their drawings.
The flow
- Create a project, then open it.
- Add a scene and load its video.
- Draw, step, review, and repeat.
- Export the project as a single file whenever you need to share it.
Leaving and returning
Closing a scene saves your work first and returns you to the project, and closing the project returns you to the welcome screen. Nothing is lost on the way out.
